: The Ontario Conservatory of Music selected TL Services to develop a unique, new custom software solution that will stream line their business.

This innovative applications system will link the more than 30 OCOM studio locations from around southern Ontario, online to a central business management system at head office. The system will simplify and standardize OCOM’s operations of their business including managing memberships, staffing, scheduling lessons, collecting payments, handling payroll and virtually every business operation. Member students will access the system by swiping their encoded membership card every time they arrive at the studio. The system will also track student progress, monitor their grades, schedule examinations, and keep all student records.

The return on investment for OCOM comes in the simplified, stream-lined and unified operations of their multi-location studios. It’s a win-win situation for the studios and students.

The program team is headed up by TL Services Senior Applications Specialist, Andy Zarzycki, and the program will be brought on line in three distinct phases. Stay tuned for more details as the program develops.
